Then as soon as I have rinsed I leave my face wet then simply run the block over my face. It will give you a wake up! Then simply pat dry. In all honesty it wont cure open surgery but definitly help with the nicks etc. To sum this up I would not be without mine. They really are good and OSMA are good. Simply put the block back in its box. No need to dry it, the cardboard soaks it all up until the next use.
