The delivery service was really good with one day delivery, however they were a little late from the time frame they sent me via text, but I didn't mind because I was in all day anyway. The touch screen is excellent and tablet mode is quite cool. It was a little on the slow side when starting up and doing some other things on it, but that could of just been because of my internet speed. The sound quality is really good and goes up quite loud. The battery life on this laptop isn't brilliant, but it did say only six hours on the specs, obviously it does go down quicker when playing games, but for working on it shouldn't be too bad. It also does have a battery saver feature on it, which I'd suggest having on all the time. So just make sure you bring the charger if you plan on taking it to school/college/uni/work. The charger lead isn't that long, but it's easy enough to fit into your bag. Talking about the size of the laptop, as the laptop is only 14" and is quite light, it has easily fitten into my bag. The keyboard is nice to type on, however I'm not that keen on the trackpad as the buttons do seem a little stiff, but it does have the double tap feature so you wouldn't necessarily have to press the buttons and like I said before the touch screen is great. But has been impossible to finish the set up. First, an error message asking for an original licence on Windows 10 (No numbers or keys came in the box) after suffering with the problem I began to try an update of the system and today, five days later, I'm still trying to use it.
