Review: Perfection at an amazing price - To be honest I was afraid to make this order, some of the bad reviews with broken pans made me think quite hard if I should order. After a lot of thought and because the price was so low I decided to give it a try, worst case scenario I could always return it. But I have to say it arrived in perfect condition. It was well packaged, not one pan broken! The colours are beautiful. Have not much to say about the quality, for those of you who know pan pastels you know what quality to expect, for those of you that don't know pan pastels they are the best soft pastels you will ever get. Really pigment, easy to use and blend, almost no mess, don't need to get your hands dirty because the tools make the job for you. I'm honestly extremely satisfied with the condition that this product arrived and would order again in a heart beat. I'm not saying that other people aren't valid and I agree they had reasons to complain but I have to be honest and say mine was perfect!

**Q: Does this panpastel 20 colour set - pure colours / painting set come with trays? also, is it safe to use the titanium white? see warning :/**
A: The set doesn't come with trays but rather it has the pan pastels stacked up in sets of 5 with one lid on the top of each stack. Make sure not to create too much excess pastel dust in case you are worried about the warning. :)

**Q: The product description talks about pins - I thought this was a panpastel set?**
A: After reading the product description it seems it is describing a completely different product. Reading over the page it does mention Pan Pastels. Perhaps you could try a different seller.  I purchased my Pan Pastels from USAmart via Amazon, good price, free delivery, they do take a little while to arrive as they are coming from America, I have bought 4 sets on 4 separate occasions and each set has arrived safely.
