My 12 string dreadnaught is now a 10 string so I won't be making that mistake again. ### ⭐ Buy a decent chromatic tuner instead ! *by T***T on 30 October 2015* I was really excited by this product (and the reviews that I had read) but I found the reality to be something entirely different. HAving paired the tuner with my brand new high spec HtC mobile phone, I spent two hours yesterday in a completely quiet room trying to calibrate the bottom E string without any success whatsoever. The online guidance for the Roadie Tuner said to adjust the sensitivity and work in a quiet room but the only place quieter would be the grave (it is Halloween today after all). I tried to contact the manufacturer by email but their 'normally' within one working day response din't materialise and after trying for another 2 hours on a different string today, I gave up and clicked on Amazon's excellent returns service. When trying to calibrate the E string, the Roadie tuner first tightened the string up by six semitones (according to my chromatic tuner) and I had to stop it before the string snapped and then it loosed the string until it was flopping around and making no discernible sound.
