I wear it to do Krav Maga, including during the warm up session and don'the really notice it. **Q: Can I just wear the cup inside my boxers ?** A: Boxers won't hold the cup in place to give you effective protection. Tight-fitting jockey briefs with a full pouch should be OK. For best protection a jockstrap or base layer shorts with a proper pouch for the cup are pretty essential IMO.
