It was fairly sweet without adding sugar. I found it to be a nice balance of flavors without one or the other being overwhelming. The tea bags do not have a string to them so you will have to fish out the bag but most of the really good teas are that way anyhow. Review: Did not like taste - I admit it's me. I just don't care for rooibos tea. The good thing was that this was a small enough container that I could try it by buying only one container. Part of my problem is the fragrance ... which to me smells like dirty dish water and also reflects in the taste.
