The backpack is smaller than I thought but carried more water than I could ever use on a long run. The adjustments on the straps and loops mea. You can get a great fit which means the bag doesn’t move when you run. The only suggestion I would make is to remover the air in the bladder as it can irritate you as you can feel the water sloshing around, if the air is out, then it’s no problem

This is a very good pack I have had it for 2 or 3 weeks and has keeled a little bit through the tip not 3l but 2l still berry good on a hot day last me me 2 to 3 hours very pleased with it
