There are 20 lights and 20 half circles, so if they have to be made into 'balls' then you can only cover 10 lights (2 half circles for each). There are no holes to put lights into and nothing to hold the half circles together so I have no idea how to make it up apart from glueing them?. Such a shame as a present for my young daughter. Complete waste of money.
