To switch from FtoC was a nightmare....it just didn't work after following the instructions, but the service is TOP!!! I got a call from USA and got instructed what to do...the lady helped a lot (she had a patience with me I have to say as I was gonna throw them to bin)...but instructions on the paper are rubbish, they need to improve them. I use them a lot and so far- all okUpdate on the 15.9.2017Baby had fever 38.5 39C, this item only measured 35.5??? Very disappointed, as second one measured 36.7 so basically total crap! I use this daily on a number of children at my daycare setting as a routine check when a child feels unwell, I also use a Braun ear thermometer which costs a lot more to buy and run with the ear shields, on nearly every occasion tested the two read the same temperature which is great I now just use this one as it doesn't require the ear shields even on my own kids, just wish I had more for each nursery room lol.
