Since I got the product on June 30th 2018 it has given me all kinds of trouble, It asks for an update and it always says it is not supported and could not do the update. All the apps crash, the tablet although being 7.0 it is very slow when downloading and worse of all it sometimes never downloads the app. It accepts my sd card at times, other times it tells me it is not mounted (and my sd card is new). It turns off by it self and turns back on. I have contacted the BLU Co. and the Breed Co. (manufacturer and seller) and unfortunately I've had NO help from either one.
