Descriptions says "sadlebags".** A: 1 piece **Q: How wide are the quick release hooks , on top of the 14cm gap between them, to check if they will fit on the 19cm top tube of my pannier frame** A: They fit my frame which is 19mm. They just hung a little low and were touching my exhaust so I sent them back. They were well made though. Seem to work and fit well on my Honda CRF 300 pannier rack , but haven’t used them in anger yet. Have other Rhinowalk products which are durable and value for money. Compared to other products that are way more expensive…and the bikes still going to get dropped and the bags will get muddy. They’ll get a proper test soon.
