I really enjoyed it *by F***A on March 27, 2018* I honestly never knew that I could mix fonio with salad together, so I tried lanfala's recipe on the back of package and it came up very nice. I loved it a lot and it was so delicious. Fonio is a very light dish, extremely healthy and recommended for people who are struggling with their weight or on a diet. Lanfala fonio is the easiest dish to cook which took me 3 minutes to make after a long day of work, it is perfect for my children for breakfast or dinner. I tried the recipe located on the back and it tastes great! I love the fact that this brand of fonio is pre-washed and pre-cooked, which cuts prep and cooking time down significantly. I’m also happy that I didn’t receive expired grains.
