### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product, great taste

Very good product, I blended mine using a hand blender and left it in the fridge overnight for the next day. It was a perfect consistency. I did only eat half, as it makes a large portion with only one scoop. I would suggest if you want fresh muscle mousse each time I would only use half a scoop and half the water. This is a nice portion for a post dinner snack. Leaves a slight chemically after-taste, but nothing that a drink of water doesn't take away!

### ⭐⭐⭐ A bit of a 'marmite' product...

This (in chocolate) had sold out of all my local health stores, hence my eager purchase online. But I was a little disappointed...The good...it's a good size bag...in terms of price. And I was very attracted to the 30g approx serving of protein per 'mousse'...that's pretty mega and a super easy, enjoyable way of upping your protein throughout the day...The bad...I don't consider this a mousse...but rather a dense, thicker version of a shake almost. Mousses are supposed to be light and fluffy and that was definitely not the case...I would use the word 'gloopy'. The flavour was strong but the sweetener taste was overbearing!! This coupled with the sauce like texture had me stopping half way and I had to leave it.Overall...I won't be buying this chocolate mousse again although I would be intrigued about trying other flavours. What I would say is that due to it's gloopiness and sauce like texture, it's a product that could work with pancakes, ice cream or fruit. The chocolate mousse on it's own didn't work for me, which was a mega shame due to the pull of the 'high protein' serving prospect.

This is a nice dessert to round off your day of exercise before bed. Personally I prefer to put it all in a Pirex glass measuring jug and whisk it for a minute or two. Put it in the fridge for an hour. After an hour but it in a big bowl with some vanilla ice cream and it is generally very nice! No real feeling or taste of graininess.Without ice cream I wouldn't choose to eat a bowl of it if I am honest. But with you ice cream it is a great dessert!
