Although you would certainly need 2 if you cut and split them into two separate illuminating items, unless you subsequently connected them in some fashion. **Q: Does the colour change or is it just white?** A: Just white, if u want multicoloured lights , type muti colour led RGB, LED light strip , normally come with remote control. **Q: I have 4 rolls of 5 m and i've just bought 1 plug. can i link them all together or do i have to buy another 3 plugs. this is confusing and inaccurate** A: You can only add them together using a connector you can buy on Amazon - I bought e.g. Mexllex L Shape 4-pin Connectors Angle Adjustable 90-180 Degrees LED Strip Connectors for 10mm Width 5050 RGB LED Strip Lights and you can buy straight connectors but make sure you keep the polarities the same when connecting - and if the driver (make sure you bought a constant voltage one, NOT a constant current driver) you have to work them, is powerful enough. Total the power of the three rolls and make sure the driver can cope with it. Then connect the driver to the mains plug and away you go, **Q: Redecorating our dining room and considering lightening it up with just LED strips on the ceiling, do you guys think it will provide enough light?** A: these strips are quite intense. by that they are bright. i have them under my shelving in my study and find them more than enough. i think basically they are ment for underneath lighting eg kitchen cabinets etc. but you can try them on your ceiling no harm. you are not exactly going to break the bank for the cost of them. ## Frequently Bought Together - Lepro Bright White LED Strip Light 10M (2x5M), 2x2300lm 6000K LED Tape Light, Stick-on LED Lights for Kitchen Under Cabinet (12V Power Supply Not Included) - 3528 2835 2 Pin 8mm LED Strip Connector - DIY Strip to Wire Quick Solderless Connection for 12v 24v Single Color Led Strip Lights (Pack of 10) - ADOGO® LED Transformer LED Power Supply- 24W, 12V DC, 2A - Constant Voltage for LED Strip Lights and G4, MR11, MR16 LED Light Bulbs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/48533877-lepro-12v-led-strip-light-5m-no-plug-6000k-cool](https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/48533877-lepro-12v-led-strip-light-5m-no-plug-6000k-cool) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kuwait* *Store origin: KW* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
