Sadly the cover had 2 cracked corners and slight damage to a part of the base. A bit of a mix up on my account got me a mains chime instead of battery one because the price was so low. Luckily, I had an old battery Ding Dong and managed to convert the Big Ben to battery using the contacts from the donor. (Had always been run from a transformer).
