Because one of the reviews mentioned that it was polycotton...** A: I was working with this yesterday and became increasingly suspicious of it being 100% cotton as it didn't seem to feel or behave in the way the fabric I know to be cotton does. In the end I decided to carry out a flame test to compare the two - this product is definitely not 100% cotton - burns with black smoke, curls up, sticks to itself and leaves hard, lumpy residue. Real 100% cotton burned without the black smoke and left a fine ash. It possibly may have a high cotton content but NOT 100%. **Q: would this matereial crease easily?** A: it is cotton so it does crease but not dreadfully easily. i've used mine for curtain lining - fab so far! it is cheap so i've not got any great expectations but i'm very happy with it. **Q: what kind of material do you need to make a boys suit** A: This is not suitable!!
