Review: Always like getting parts for repairs on desertcart - Bought a Dyson off of market place had a bad battery got everything on desertcart and was up and working in days.
Review: Must have spare part for the V 15 - The only hassle was removing the old dust seal ring. A good video showing how to do this would be appreciated! In my case the ring simply would not budge - the fit was too tight. In the end I gingerly dremmeled the ring to weakening it in two places - so the ring buckled when moderate force was applied. This approach mitigated the risk of accidental damage to the Dyson dust container. With hindsight it is possible that my Dyson had a particularly tight fit on the ring, so you may have an easier time removing the old seal! The kit itself is a precision replacement that is indistinguishable from the original. I thoroughly recommend this product and I have bought two for myself (as this is a design weakness rather than a manufacturing fault). The screwdriver needed to remove the hex head screw securing the ring was a really nice touch.
