I've had weights laid on top of it for days & it still curls up!** A: Had the same problem so we cut pieces to size (2 people) and straightened pieces using own strength - got near enough flat so used "no nails" adhesive (plenty) and went on a treat by pushing firmly. Also, does it stick on top of the old wooden window sill?** A: I agree it's around 5 or 6mm deep and I used it to fill an uneven gap between upvc frame and the wooden window sill which I glued with a no more nails type glue. Only issue I had was because it arrives coiled up tightly it's difficult to flatten it out fully prior to cutting and fitting......had to weight it down in several places to ensure adhesion. **Q: Is it waterproof** A: Yes. I used it as an "up-standing" to finish off my kitchen worktops and the wall tiles. Silicon mastic seals the joins. It is claimed to be difficult to straighten out. I did it by initially heating with a hair dryer and leaving weighed down for a week, probably could have been shorter time - 2 days probably. Now it is dead straight. Best to cut it with a fine tooth tenon saw or better still a Gents saw.
