I've seen reviews saying it broke after one use** A: I’ve had 4 of these because I like the ease of mopping up a quick spill. But all four broke within a year. The fluid bottles are prone to leaks and are difficult to take out/replace. The handle is flimsy and can snap and in one the hose mechanism pulled out. I’m going to try a different make and see if that’s more successful. Beware that amazon returns stop BEFOREyour consumer rights to return items end. **Q: I have not received the bottle with this?** A: You can’t get a replacement bottle for this version of a spray mop on the Addis website… I tried, it’s only a different designed replace t bottle that’s available…. My bottle broke, only had the mop for two months. Very disappointed and won’t buy another Addis. I’ll research and buy a better quality mop **Q: Hi can you adjust the handle length?** A: No, but you don't really need to. The mop head is hinged so it will remain on the floor at different angles, bring the mop close to you and the top of the handle is higher, move it away and it is lower. **Q: My mop has arrived without the water bottle? Should it be included and if not, where do I buy one?** A: Yes it should have the water bottle. If I was you I would e-mail the supplier and get them to send you one.
