In the kitchen I put a little plate under it to prevent it from soaking in water, as the base is very low (not very suitable for the place it was designed), but in the bathroom I did not find anything to put underneath so I was hoping it will survive. It did not.. after using it for a few months it just stopped, the led does light up but no soap... So I think it is very stupid to design the batteries on the bottom in a very wet environment. Or if the water had nothing to do with it, it's still NOT ok for it to just stop working after a few month of usage. I guess this is what I get for 16 Pounds. :( I did really like them for a while, but now I have buy an other one... or just leave it... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Product *by R***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 January 2017* The first dispenser supplied clogged up but the seller replaced it immediately. The second one works fine. It's a bit of a knack getting just the right amount of soap as if you're not careful it can dispense for 4 seconds, which is too much soap.
