Sent wrong item
Received the wrong cartridges. I have requested a return but I am to print a return label which I cannot do due to having NO ink. I did not notice they were the wrong ones until I installed them and my printer did not recognize them so I am uncertain of whether they will accept a return. They should as the fault is not mine but I wish to talk to a representative to make sure. There does not seem to be a way to contact the seller so I am leaving this review in the hopes I get some communication.
