Thank you :-)** A: That's exactly what I used it for. Just to be clear.... It does not turn the putty into a magnet, it becomes magnetic. So magnets will stick to it but magnetic things will not. You have to use A LOT of the powder but it's pretty cool. **Q: Will this work for making ferrofluid?** A: Possibly, but you would be better off using micronised synthetic magnetite.
