Whitening Kit Instructions:
-Mould the thermoforming trays to the contours of your teeth. -Ensure teeth are brushed and clean prior to treatment. -Apply pro-white to all teeth using built in applicator. -Apply a small amount of gel to inside of each mouth tray. -Place trays in mouth for 45 mins. -Shine LED light onto the trays once placed into the mouth for 5 minutes to activate the gel.

Hit and miss at the moment

Got mine today and decided to try 2x 45 minute sessions in a day, to see if there was much real effect. I'd read the reviews here and assumed it was a miracle-working teeth whitener, so was pretty excited. It wasn't until I got the box that I realised it was peroxide-free... which worried me a little because I always thought you HAD to have peroxide to bleach your teeth.The first issue came with the mouth guards. The instructions are fairly clear, but the problem lies in the timing - if you place in mouth guards in boiling water for too long, they shrivel up and lose their shape... and also don't take a good imprint of your mouth. But, if you don't but them in the water long enough, they're not malleable enough to take an imprint of your teeth, so it's a really fine line of a couple of seconds for the "sweet spot". I did okay on my top teeth but left the guard in water for too long for my bottom teeth, causing it to become very flat and not shape around my back teeth too well.I tried the treatment anyway, firstly leaving the blue light in my mouth for 10 mins as instructed and putting a thin layer of gel on the FRONT of the mouth guards (i.e. where the front of your teeth would line up!) - left this for 45 minutes, removed, rinsed, and saw that I had patchy white spots on some of my teeth, but a lot of them were still the same shade of yellow. It's hard to tell if you've improved on the first attempt, since you don't get any colour reference guide at all.Second try, I decided I would leave the blue light in for the whole 45 minutes. This time around, some of the ends of my teeth looked whiter, but it still looked like a lot of my teeth hadn't even come in contact with gel. This worries me, because it makes me think the mouth guard isn't pressing against my teeth at all or only pressing against parts of others. Also, I found you salivated a lot with these in your mouth, and when you swallowed, you would get a sharp taste of mint, which is obviously the gel that's meant to be whitening your teeth - so am I swallowing the gel inadvertently?So many Qs! I'll keep trying it once a day for 2 weeks now to see if there are any visible results... otherwise, I might have to try and buy some better mouth guards that can be re-moulded if you fail the first time!

Brilliant..See the difference even after the first use and more important no damaging chemicals that harm the teeth, I made a bit of a mess though with the teeth moulds which do not fitting properly now, but I would say that's my fault for rushing to try the product,So my advice to anyone is to practise with the moulds first, which is stated in the instructions and don't be like me and rush that important part.
