## Description

The Panasonic smart Hub is the main part of the Panasonic Smart Home systems. Connect your additional devices – including sensors, cameras, a cordless phone and smart plugs, to ensure your home is secure and keep an eye on what is happening at your home. The Hub transmits data wirelessly using digital enhanced cordless telecommunications. this technology allows for transmission of data up to 300m in clear line of sight and is safer than Wi-Fi when in use due to it being invisible to standard Wireless products. The Panasonic Hub is simple to set up. Connect the Hub to your network, download the App to your smartphone or tablet and pair each device to the Hub and you are ready to go. With an easy one push pairing, you just press one button on each device and one button on the Hub. Devices can also be registered via the App, and the one push pairing works across all the smart home devices if you decide to add more.

Review: Easy doesnt mean good. This...... is BAD! - Please dont waste your money. Yes, it is easy to set up and configure. However, the mobile app that supports this system is terrible. Signal drops, connection drops, software freezing or just not connecting to the hub. Without the app, this whole system is frankly pointless. I bought the keypad in case my app did not work.... the process of turning the alarm off is even convoluted (having to put the code in twice to switch from armed to unarmed). I tend not to write bad reviews because everyone has their own experience however, having had this for over 2 years now, I will be throwing it away and buying the Yale system.

Please dont waste your money. Yes, it is easy to set up and configure. However, the mobile app that supports this system is terrible. Signal drops, connection drops, software freezing or just not connecting to the hub. Without the app, this whole system is frankly pointless. 32Gb card gives about 2 months of recordings of a single camera. Quality a little blurry/grainy but more than adequate.
