The included editor software makes designing interfaces a breeze. I had the UI designed and tested with the software/simulator before the LCD even came in the mail (2 days). My only gripe is with the touch sensitivity itself, it's not adjustable, and responds poorly to soft pointers. A word of advice, the default baud of 9600 is too slow for most uses, try 115200.
