I would of needed a extra small. I’m 5 ft 105 lbs for reference. It’s not super thin and is super stretchy and soft. It’s not overly thick you could layer with it, but it also is thick enough that on a fall day you could be warm with just it’s self. The fleece inside is so soft and helps provide extra warmth which I love! It is warm, soft, and the material is thick enough not to be a see thru at all! The neck is a very relaxed turtleneck that is very comfortable! (I don’t normally like turtlenecks at all but this one is very comfortable and flattering!) After washing this shirt on cold/delicate I laid it flat to dry for one day and then carefully hung it on velvet hanger which made the garment turn out perfect!
