While connected to a standard nitrogen bottle, the regulator blew off the cylinder and was propelled across the room with enough force to cause serious injury or death. The unit failed entirely under normal operating conditions. This is a massive safety concern. If you are using this for HVAC pressure testing or brazing, stop using it.
