As soon as I realised I messaged them. Within 12 hours they messaged me back. Updated the adress there side. But then amazon had a brain fart and said it was delivered to the wrong address. I messaged them asking why as they said it was changed on there side. But they assured me it was a system error. I did not reply (busy single mum like lol!) but then they messaged me again with new tracking info saying it will be delivered today. And when I got home from work that night it was there waiting for me! Just amazing team. And amazing quality!! It's just how I pictured it and its so soft and well made.
