This is not a bad thing if you have several people that want the same feed. In our team, we go 6 on wireless and the drummer is wired since he does not move. All 3 transmitters are on constant 24/7 charging. We do separate them about 10 feet apart with additional XLR cables from our stage box just to make sure the 3 signals don't get interference from each other. We use a Wing mixer and member has Wing-Q loaded on their phones so they can adjust their individual mix.
