I also bought a similar one for my son. This is a good size for her. They both love this scooter and it was easy to put together (just screw on handlebars). No complaints! The mechanism to self-propel works but may take a couple days to get the hang of it. She was able to use the self-propel mechanism to go uphill, although she needed to have some momentum going into it.
