You might have 2 slice the swede up so it fits through as the radious of the blades as they are small - but when u get used 2 it its brilliant. Please do mind your fingers and hands tho because when they say the blades are sharp - THEY ARE NOT JOKING. **Q: Is this b.p.a free plastic** A: There is no way of knowing. **Q: Does this one have a grater as well** A: No - it has a mandolin, the larger green nicer dicer has a grater. **Q: Does this cut potatoes into chips?** A: It is not a chipper - more for cutting smaller dice. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and quick to use *by S***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2018* I have used this to chop salad vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumber (skinned).Much nicer and more colourful (depending on the vegetables used) than the standard lettuce, tomato etc. It is so eady to use and we are eating more salads than ever. This dicer is brilliant.
