It makes the richest tasting cocoa I have ever had and is sheer nectar when made with a teaspoon of soft brown sugar. Lately, I have had requests to make chocolate ice cream with it and I do not stint on flavour. I use eggs, icing sugar, double jersey cream, single cream and an ounce of this gorgeous cocoa. You can't make a decent ice cream if you have to count the calories. I also make a banana ice cream but the chocolate is always the first to go.
