Review: Dieser Wachs-Schmelzofen wurde mit einem Stromkabel geliefert, welches nicht an deutschen Steckdosen funktioniert. Die Rückgabe lief problemlos, aber ich frage mich trotzdem wie man solche Geräte auf dem europäischen bzw deutschen desertcart-Marktplatz anbieten kann, obwohl man eigentlich genau wissen müsste, dass sie in Deutschland nicht verwendbar sind. Zumindest hätte man dem Gerät einen Adapter oder ähnliches beilegen sollen, wenn man schon weiß, dass man innerhalb von Deutschland verkauft. Um aber nun doch etwas über das Gerät sagen zu können: Ich habe es auf einer anderen Plattform von einem anderen Anbieter gekauft - mit einem deutschen Stromkabel. Das selbe Gerät! Der Ofen ist für meine Frau und er funktioniert hervorragend. Er schmilzt das Wachs schneller als in einem Topf auf der mobilen Herdplatte und meine Frau ist damit sehr zufrieden. Sie kommt damit auch von der Bedienung her gut klar. Die Anleitung ist allerdings auch hier in Englisch.

**Q: Is there a min amount of wax required? For example, if it is filled below the spout will it still pour?**
A: I don't know what the minimum would be, but there is one. The spout is at the bottom of the reservoir inside, but there would still be at least some left inside without tilting it. I would estimate about a pound of soy, maybe half a pound, would be needed for it to pour with it sitting flat on a work surface. But honestly, it's very cool on the outside, very lightweight, and easy to tilt to get the last of the wax out.

**Q: Can I melt soap wax in this pot?**
A: I use mine to melt beeswax and coconut wax for candles. If different from that I would refer to the manual or call the company to inquire.

**Q: Can you leave wax in it reheat and use at a later time?**
A: Yes. It works just fine for that. The only real problem, which isn't a huge problem, is waiting for the wax that's also inside the spigot to melt enough so that you can dispense it. Because the spigot isn't technically heated like the rest of the melter, it took that part a bit longer to catch up. You might be able to warm up the spigot with a heat gun for a few seconds to help it catch up with what's inside the melter.

**Q: What is the warranty on this?**
A: The device broke after the first use. Negotiations for a replacement were more than two months old. The manufacturer sent the part for self-replacement, but it's impossible difficult.
