If you have heavy cycles, it is a MUST HAVE! I used mine around the house for my first use, to get used to not having tampons to change out and to get an idea of how long it lasts before "changing". Word of warning...You may not want to "change" it in a public restroom as it needs to be rinsed, so you will need to purchase at least 2 and carry the other with you... (just in case). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a great product *by N***L on August 12, 2018* Wanted to give this a try as an alternative to disposable femanine products and I am pretty well satisfied. It's easy to use and comfortable. If the seal isn't perfect there can be the tiniest of leaks, less than what I have experienced with tampons, but I think that will improve with practice. It takes some getting used to for placement and if done incorrectly will need to be adjusted.
