Rather than wait for it to start failing, as it had still been working as well as when I bought the MacBook new, I chose to replace the battery. This battery is a perfect replacement and at a great price. It arrived within a few days and was easy to fit as it came with the two screwdrivers that are needed. Job was done within about 15 minutes and it had about 45% power so I set it to charge and it's been working as it should for since I installed it a few days ago.
