We really enjoy it, and I cannot find any flaws to date. It makes a really nice espresso, and I do enjoy an occasional latte. All works perfectly well, and it is worth the money. I removed one star purely because the finish is black mat and tends to look grey in some lights and it didn't match my black toaster how I had imaged. Have inevitably got used to it.
