It has 18 portions. The total size is 238g. It shows 1,1g or 18% salt per portion. Hope that helps. **Q: Directions to prepare?** A: 1)...put 2TBL into 250ml boiling water (1 Cup is 240 ml 1 tbs is 15ml so 250 ml would be 1 cup plus 2/3 of a tbs.240 ml is 8 oz).
