I LOVE the way it swings back out of the way, so when you remove the food out of the oven, there's no dripping on the glass since it's behind the unit. It's also so cute with its diminutive stature! I have had my toaster oven since 2018 use it everyday and happy with its design and easily cleanable. Door removes for easy cleaning. Unfortunately it just died out it is August of 2021 so got some use out of it will contact Hamilton Beach. Very good toaster. more expensive than some. But it seems well made.(You get what you pay for, perhaps). But do take care, or it will over brown the toast! Easy to clean. The glass has not fractured. (It was a cold winter day when I took it out of the box and set it up). (The glass might have fractured if I had turned it on before it warmed to room temperature.) Maybe I was forewarned by others. The cord is too short. Made for modern kitchens, I guess, with outlets every 3 feet or so. My kitchen is 36 years old.
