It’s very comfortable. However, if you’re using it as a portable table I would advise that you think about how it will fit in your car Plus it is very heavy and bulky. As much as I love it I have to find a lighter table that fits in the car better. I did purchase the massage table cart, which definitely helped but there’s no way I would carry this around to my appointments. My back would be destroyed if I did that on a regular basis.
