There doesnt seem to be any details about this** A: The fixed height is 24.4cm, and it can be extends to 34.3cm. It is about 10cm height adjustable. **Q: Are you able to use on a massage bed that doesnt have a face hole or would that be too thin?** A: You’d need to put the black frame under a mattress or equivalent, I have found it has to be tucked under and I don’t think it is meant to be attached in any other way. In my opinion you need the weight of a standard bed mattress to hold the frame down.
