Review: I bought one of these years ago at a mall and loved it. It heated well for warmth and the fabric made the cold not to cold. The aroma from the herbs acted in a calming way and lasted for years. All of this was great, but the best part was the flaps that come down on either side which kept it seated on my shoulders. When I lost that one I searched for a new pad and tried several others on the market, but none of them really worked as well and I was left unhappy. When I finally found them on sale here I was really excited and bought one right away. It has lived up to my memories of it and I am very happy with it now. It's not just for back and shoulders, I use it for my knee, ankle, elbow, shoulders and lower back.
