Let’s say something happened in transit, because to be fair, they aren’t really gentle with luggage. However, this is a freaking suitcase. If it couldn’t survive one single flight, then it is junk. Obviously way outside of the return window, but wanted to update to ensure my review wasn’t misinforming, especially considering how expensive these are. There’s no option to contact the company, so I’ll chalk this up to a lesson learned. So we got three different brands of scooter suit cases. There is no comparison. This one is great quality, and the biggest difference was how smooth the wheels maneuver. It holds at least 200lbs (we all tried it lol). It’s super easy to use, and the lock function is awesome. It does travel well, it just friends on what airplane you board. We had to take the wheels off the fit in the overhead on our first flight, but we didn’t on our second. It looks way better than the other options as well. That being said I am currently sitting at the Oakland airport and the button to fold the scooter is stuck. I’ve tried messing with it for the last 20 mins and cannot lower it.
