After not receiving a response after two attempts, I wrote the review below. The seller was then quick to remedy the problem to my satisfaction. I was sent a replacement set and it arrived without delay. I am changing the rating to a better one because the seller kept contact with me to ensure I received a good set of markers. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The colors are vibrant and easy to read on white glass boards, which is exactly what I need for work. However, I'm getting very little use out of them because there's hardly any ink in the reservoir. I've tried contacting seller twice through their website, per Amazon recommendation, but I never got a response back.
