I know that many pre workouts that are on the market are typically 200mg+ of caffeine per serving. Cutting back on caffeine has helped with my anxiety, but I still wanted something to help me get through my workouts. This product does not sacrifice taste and does not make you feel jittery. The only "side effect" you physically feel is the beta-alanine metabolizing, which can cause a tingling feeling. There is a lead warning on it, however after research, I found that the label is present because of the lead levels in the soil which can be absorbed by the plants that are used in making the product.
