Comes with a small zipped carrying case rather like the ones used for earphones. The instruction leaflet is very small print on glossy paper so very difficult to read. It requires 2 AAA batteries which are not supplied. Very easy to use, slip finger into end of oximeter, switch it on and you have a reading of pulse rate and oxygen levels. If not used will automatically switch off. I believe it is fairly accurate as my husband has his Oxygen levels checked every few months at the surgery and the levels we found using this were pretty much what we expected.It will also give indication that batteries are low.
