I continued occasional use (3x a week max) to be able to review it and see if it was worth purchasing another. Not sure if i'm still eligible to return it anymore as the quality deteriorated in every way possible that volume control is no longer the main issue. The sound was good, not completely noise cancelling like others have said, but good enough for me. There was a strange crackling noise during silences or low volume moments, which was one of the first things I noticed. Ear buds were sturdy and stayed in place, but bulky to the point they hurt if you wore them lying down or for prolonged periods. The cable is made of a rubber type material - it seemed to stretch(!?!?) and turned grey within a few days.I think I only managed to get two weeks worth of use out of them before they died. It stopped letting me skip songs and started pausing my music randomly. Not long after it refused to emit any proper sound - and I say "proper" because after frantically fidgeting with my phone thinking there was a problem with the port, it started playing a sped up, high pitched (think chipmunk) version of my music lol. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Looks pretty and comfortable in my ear *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2017* UPDATE - Dootech have had amazing customer service and sent me a great replacement! I fixed one break (superglued the pink cover to the jack), now another break is starting to appear (cable is tearing close to the sound controls).
