What is that? Creatine?** A: I don't know but I mix up the tail end so I get everything. A little gritty but this stuff works great. **Q: When did they increase the amount of caffeine in 1 scoop to 300mg?** A: This is the advanced formula. The regular still has 175mg of caffeine. Also performance enhancement says 3-6mg/kg so I weigh 180lbs (81.6kg) so that would be 240-480mg caffeine for me a day so 300 isn’t too much for average weight assuming you have no medical conditions as to where your dr says no caffeine. **Q: Is pre advanced better than c4 ultimate?** A: I have only used C4 once.
