However, I must have had a 'good un' because my remote turned up quickly, functioned perfectly, and is an equal match to the quality of the Hisense remote I was provided with the TV when new. That failed after just 12 months use (Infrared ceased working). So, from my personal experience, I have been extremely pleased. Obviously, it is too soon to say whether it stands much of a test of time but the original lasted just 12 months (very light use) so it has little to live up to.

Bought for Hisense Roku TV Model:R50B7120UK Everything works fine. You can find your TV model number on a small white sticker on the back of the tv, usually bottom right corner. Just make sure your model is listed for this remote. The feel is abit different and a couple buttons have different haptic feedback or ‘clicks’ than before, but I did have a fairly old remote as Ive had this tv for ages. If you’re looking to see if it works or not look no further. And for the price I think it’s sound af 👍
