I took a picure at regular setting and another with the zoom and all of us were very suprised at the difference and sharp focus. I am glad I got it! **Q: Would you recommend this? If not what would you recommend?** A: Definately recommend. The price was right for t accuracy and the tripod included. **Q: Is this lens good for taking clear pictures of the moon?** A: Probably not. Clear pictures of the moon need an aperture that stays open and the iphone doesn't meet this criteria. Better off using a slr camera - Olympus or Nikon **Q: does it work with ipod touch 4?** A: Hi Andrew,This lens kit is specifically designed for an iPhone 4/4S and will not work with an iPod Touch 4.
