I weigh just under 80kg. But it is supportive enough elsewhere, if a little warm. I think the central mesh part could be deeper and narrower, but I did buy it for rear fissure pain. I found that one of the cushions that have a central gap is better for fissure or gynae pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by L***A on 12 February 2018* I bought this as I had been suffering from piriformis syndrome.
